How Our
Italian Half-Term Club
Works

Who it's for
-
Our Half-Term Club is designed for children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 who already understand most spoken Italian.
-
Activities are delivered in Italian, so children should be able to follow instructions and take part comfortably in the language, even if they often reply in English or are still developing confidence speaking Italian.
-
It is suitable for children from Italian-speaking and bilingual families, as well as children who are already learning Italian.

A fully Italian environment
-
Throughout the club, Italian is the main language used by our teachers and activity leaders.
-
Children hear and use Italian naturally while playing, creating, listening to stories and taking part in group activities.
-
There is no pressure to speak perfectly: the aim is to build confidence and encourage children to use more Italian naturally.
