Two-to-one lessons are a cost-effective way to learn Italian while still benefiting from personalized attention to your individual needs. Perfect for friends who want to learn together or for those open to being paired with another student at the same level, this format combines personalized learning with the enjoyment of a shared experience.
You’ll collaborate, practice together, and motivate each other while progressing at a pace that suits you both.
Choose your focus:

Comprehensive approach: Covers all aspects of the language—grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing, listening, and speaking.

Conversational focus: Boosts fluency and vocabulary through speaking practice. Best suited for learners who can already express themselves in Italian but wish to become more confident and natural in conversation.
How it works: Lessons run on a rolling monthly basis: at the end of each month, you book your lessons for the following month, keeping the same time slot and day whenever possible. Payment is made in advance of the first lesson of the month.
If one student is unable to book a lesson, the other can choose whether to take a one-to-one lesson instead (see one-to-one lessons for pricing) or skip the session. However, if one student cancels after booking, the lesson still goes ahead, and the price remains the same for the other student.
To maintain a productive learning environment, frequent cancellations or absences may lead LearnIt Cambridge to reconsider whether the group should continue in its current format. This may result in the group being adjusted or discontinued.
Flexibility is key: If you need to reschedule, just let us know at least 24 hours in advance. A new date can be arranged within the next 60 days, provided all students in the lesson agree to the change.
It’s an excellent way to make learning Italian enjoyable, engaging, and social while achieving real progress.

Three-to-one lessons are the most affordable way to learn Italian with LearnIt Cambridge. While each student shares the time with two others, this doesn’t mean the lessons are any less effective. Every minute is carefully planned and structured to maximize your learning experience and ensure steady progress for everyone.
This format allows for collaborative learning and lively interactions, where you can practice your Italian in a small group while still receiving guidance and feedback tailored to your needs. Perfect for friends who want to learn together or for those open to being paired other students at the same level. It’s an excellent balance of affordability, effectiveness, and the joy of learning together.

Groups of Four - Conversational

Groups of four offer an engaging and dynamic way to learn Italian in a small group setting. With fewer participants than in larger classes, you’ll still benefit from plenty of tutor attention while enjoying the collaborative spirit of learning alongside others. You can join with your friends and family or can be paired up with other students at the same level.
Unlike many other Italian courses, we prioritize conversation, ensuring there’s ample opportunity for speaking practice, even at the earliest stages. To ensure everyone gets the time and attention they need, lessons in this format are always two hours long. This allows for a well-paced, balanced session that maximizes learning and progress for all participants.
