Cancellation Policy

Full payment is required before the start of term to secure a place. Parents may cancel within 14 days of payment (full refund if no lessons attended; attended lessons will be deducted). After 14 days, no refunds are issued except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the Director. If the school cancels a session, a replacement session or a refund for that session will be provided. By completing payment, parents confirm they have read and agree to the full Terms and Conditions available on our legal page (website footer).
