Terms and Conditions - Italian Summer Club

These Terms and Conditions apply to participation in the LearnIt Cambridge Italian Summer Clubs organised by Daniele Pio Buenza (trading as LearnIt Cambridge).

1. Who Can Attend
he Summer Clubs are intended for children belonging to the age groups advertised on the LearnIt Cambridge website and associated booking materials.
The club is primarily designed for children who already speak or understand some Italian.
LearnIt Cambridge reserves the right to accept or decline bookings at its discretion.
2. Language Policy
Activities are conducted primarily in Italian.
English may be used where necessary for safety, wellbeing, safeguarding, or to support a child's participation.
3. Location and Timing
Dates, times, locations and age groups will be those advertised on the LearnIt Cambridge website and associated booking materials.
Children may attend full days, half days, selected days, or other attendance patterns, subject to availability and the arrangements advertised for the specific Summer Club.
Children must be collected by a parent, guardian, or other authorised adult named in the Registration Form, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed with LearnIt Cambridge in advance.
4. Booking and Payment
A completed Registration Form is required for every child.
Parents are responsible for ensuring that all information provided in the Registration Form is accurate and up to date.
Places are allocated subject to availability.
Places are only confirmed once payment has been received.
Payment must be made by bank transfer unless otherwise agreed.
LearnIt Cambridge reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking where the Registration Form is incomplete or inaccurate.
5. Food and Dietary Requirements
Lunch and snacks may be provided depending on the booking option selected.
Parents must disclose any relevant allergies, dietary requirements, or medical conditions in the Registration Form.
LearnIt Cambridge will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requirements but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
6. Outdoor Activities
Children may participate in supervised outdoor activities, including visits to local parks, nature walks, and outdoor games.
Outdoor activities will only be available to children whose parent or guardian has provided consent through the Registration Form.
Activities may be adapted, relocated, or cancelled due to weather conditions or other circumstances.
7. Health and Safety
At least one member of staff holding a recognised Paediatric First Aid qualification will be present throughout the Summer Club.
Parents must provide accurate medical and emergency contact information in the Registration Form and inform LearnIt Cambridge promptly of any changes.
In the event of illness, injury, or an emergency, LearnIt Cambridge will attempt to contact a parent or emergency contact as soon as reasonably possible.
Where immediate medical attention is required and a parent or emergency contact cannot be reached, LearnIt Cambridge may seek appropriate medical treatment in accordance with the consent provided in the Registration Form.
8. Behaviour and Participation
Children are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, volunteers and other participants and to follow reasonable instructions given by staff.
Behaviour that places the safety, wellbeing, or enjoyment of others at risk may result in temporary or permanent exclusion from the Summer Club.
No refund will be provided following exclusion for behavioural reasons.
9. Refunds and Cancellations
LearnIt Cambridge reserves the right to cancel the Summer Club if insufficient bookings are received.
If LearnIt Cambridge cancels the Summer Club, all payments relating to cancelled sessions will be refunded in full.
Refund requests made by parents will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the organiser's discretion.
No refunds will normally be provided for missed days due to illness, holidays, or other personal circumstances.
10. Photography
Parents may indicate their photography preferences in the Registration Form.
LearnIt Cambridge will respect the choices made by parents regarding the taking and use of photographs.
11. Contact and Communication
Questions and concerns may be directed to LearnIt Cambridge using the contact details available on the LearnIt Cambridge website.
Important information relating to the Summer Club will be communicated by email.
12. Agreement

By submitting the Registration Form and making payment, parents confirm that:

The information provided in the Registration Form is accurate to the best of their knowledge.
They have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
They have read and agree to the LearnIt Cambridge Privacy Policy.
They consent to the collection and processing of personal information necessary for the operation of the Summer Club.
They understand that LearnIt Cambridge will rely on the information and permissions provided in the Registration Form when caring for their child.
13. Changes to These Terms
LearnIt Cambridge reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions where reasonably necessary.
Any significant changes will be communicated to parents as soon as reasonably practicable.
