St. Alban’s After-School Club Half-Term
A half term of structured Italian learning, creative activities and time with friends.
Service Description
Book your child’s place in our Italian After-School Club for the full term. The club is designed for children aged 4–11 who already speak or understand some Italian. Children work in small, age-appropriate groups and develop their language skills through structured lessons, reading, games and creative activities, all conducted in Italian. Each Wednesday includes: • Collection from St. Alban’s Catholic Primary School at 3.15 pm • Supervised snack time from approximately 3.30 pm • Italian teaching and activities from 3.45 to 5.00 pm • Collection by parents between 5.00 and 5.15 pm Children attending other schools are also welcome, provided that a parent or authorised adult brings them to OLEM Church Hall at the agreed time. The first Half of the Autumn Term runs from Wednesday 9 September to Wednesday 21 October 2026. Please provide your child with a suitable snack each week. For everyone’s safety, snacks must not contain nuts. Booking for the full term guarantees your child’s place and allows them to benefit from the continuity of the club’s learning programme.

Cancellation Policy
Fees are non-refundable for sessions missed by a child, including absences due to illness, holidays, other activities or agreed early departures. If LearnIt Cambridge cancels a session, families will be offered an appropriate refund, credit or replacement session. Where applicable, you have the right to cancel your booking within 14 days of payment. If sessions have already taken place during this period, the value of the services already provided may be deducted from any refund. Any discount linked to booking a particular block of sessions may also be taken into account when calculating the refund. In exceptional circumstances, LearnIt Cambridge may consider a refund or credit at its discretion.
