Service Description
A practical evening course designed for people preparing for a trip to Italy who want to feel comfortable communicating in everyday situations. From the first lesson, the focus is on communication: greeting people, ordering food in restaurants and cafés, asking for directions, checking into hotels, shopping, and handling common travel situations. Lessons prioritise pronunciation, useful expressions, and the vocabulary travellers need most. Grammar is introduced only when essential, helping you understand how the language works without slowing down communication. Through guided conversations, role plays, and situational activities, you will gradually build the confidence to interact with locals and enjoy your time in Italy more fully. Small interactive groups (maximum 6 students) ensure plenty of speaking practice and personal support.
Cancellation Policy
• Course fees are non-refundable after the 14-day Cooling-Off Period under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. • Missed lessons (due to illness, lateness, holidays, personal events, etc.) cannot be refunded, rescheduled, or credited. • A course place is confirmed only when full payment is received by the deadline. Late payments may result in loss of the reserved place. • Courses are subject to minimum enrolment numbers. If a course does not reach the required number of students, LearnIt Cambridge may propose an alternative or cancel the course. • If LearnIt Cambridge cancels a lesson, students will be offered a rescheduled class or a pro-rata refund for that lesson. • If LearnIt Cambridge cancels an entire course, clients will receive a full refund. • A substitute tutor may be appointed if necessary; lessons will continue as scheduled. • Bank holidays and local school half-terms may affect the schedule only if stated. • Full Terms & Conditions apply.
